That experience became the foundation for Materia Properties.

Mark founded Materia with the belief that exceptional real estate outcomes begin long before an offer is written or a listing goes live. They begin with understanding value, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions. Today, Mark combines his valuation background with modern brokerage services through eXp Realty, helping buyers, sellers, builders, and investors navigate Central Oregon with confidence.

Outside of work, Mark and his wife enjoy everything Central Oregon has to offer—from mountain biking and snowboarding to exploring Bend's local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops.
